Job Overview

The eLearning Developer is responsible for designing developing and implementing organization-wide e-learning and instructional design solutions. This role focuses on creating engaging digital learning experiences compliance training modules and multimedia content while supporting learning and development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design develop implement and maintain e-learning solutions
  • Apply instructional design methodologies throughout the development lifecycle
  • Develop interactive courses using tools such as Articulate Storyline Articulate Studio and Adobe Captivate
  • Create microlearning modules videos and multimedia learning assets
  • Design training materials including manuals brochures graphics and catalogs
  • Upload and manage course content within Learning Management Systems (e.g. PeopleSoft ELM)
  • Conduct testing and quality assurance using modern web browsers
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues during development and deployment
  • Develop instructional support tools and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Research and implement emerging learning technologies
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet training objectives
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Required Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelors Degree required

Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of e-learning development and instructional design experience
  • Experience with Articulate Storyline and Articulate Studio
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies
  • Experience creating video-based learning content
  • Strong multimedia development and content creation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • English proficiency (Read Write Speak)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Adobe Captivate Camtasia Photoshop and Audacity
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (e.g. PeopleSoft ELM)
  • Microlearning and video production experience
  • Graphic design experience
  • Experience supporting compliance and organizational training programs
