We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented eLearning Developer to design develop and implement engaging digital learning solutions. This role focuses on transforming training requirements into interactive high-quality eLearning content that supports employee development and organizational compliance initiatives.

• Design develop and maintain engaging eLearning courses and training programs.
• Create interactive learning content using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate.
• Develop microlearning modules instructional videos and multimedia assets.
• Design training materials including graphics manuals job aids and other learning resources.
• Upload manage and maintain content within a Learning Management System (LMS).
• Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure compatibility across browsers and platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical or design-related issues.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop effective learning solutions.
• Stay up to date with instructional design trends tools and best practices.

• Bachelors degree in Instructional Design Education Multimedia or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in eLearning development and instructional design.
• Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent communication organization and time management skills.

• Experience with tools such as Camtasia Audacity Photoshop and Articulate Studio.
• Experience creating video-based and microlearning content.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
