About the Role
We are looking for an experienced E Learning Course Developer skilled in Articulate Storyline 360 and LMS administration to create engaging digital learning content. The role involves working with global teams and converting technical engineering concepts into effective e-learning modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop interactive e learning modules using Articulate Storyline 360.
- Collaborate with SMEs to translate technical topics-especially Gas Turbine concepts-into clear learning content.
- Upload configure and test courses on various LMS platforms.
- Create storyboards scripts and supporting documentation.
- Ensure high standards of instructional design UI/UX and content accuracy.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for requirements reviews and delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
- Experience in Gas Turbine design/development (added advantage).
- Strong proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360 and e-learning tools.
- Hands on experience with LMS platforms.
- Excellent English communication and writing skills.
- Strong client-facing coordination and project management abilities.
- Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
