Bryan Dairy / Electronics Division

As an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Technician you will support the implementation and maintenance of environmental health and safety programs that promote a safe compliant and environmentally responsible workplace. You will assist in monitoring EHS activities conducting inspections supporting investigations and helping ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and company policies.

• Support the day-to-day administration and monitoring of Environmental Health & Safety programs policies and procedures.
• Assist with accident reporting incident investigations hazard assessments and the implementation of corrective actions.
• Compile and maintain safety metrics reports and records.
• Conduct periodic EHS inspections audits and assessments to identify workplace hazards and compliance gaps.
• Assist in evaluating environmental health and safety risks throughout the facility.
• Recommend improvements and corrective actions to ensure compliance with OSHA EPA and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Support employee awareness and engagement initiatives related to workplace safety and environmental stewardship.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records required by regulatory agencies and company standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement of EHS programs.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in Environmental Health & Safety Occupational Safety Environmental Science or a related field preferred.

• 13 years of experience supporting Environmental Health & Safety programs in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.

• Strong understanding of environmental health and safety principles and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to effectively communicate and present information to employees management customers and external stakeholders.
• Ability to identify problems gather and analyze data and develop practical solutions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Windows-based operating systems.
• Ability to learn and utilize Jabil systems and software applications.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to read understand and interpret instructions procedures visual aids and technical information.
• Basic mathematical skills including the ability to calculate percentages ratios and interpret charts and graphs.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Experience supporting OSHA EPA and other regulatory compliance programs.
• Knowledge of manufacturing safety practices and environmental management systems.
• Professional certifications such as OSHA 30 ASP or related EHS credentials are a plus.
