Job Description
Experience
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience supporting EHR and Practice Management systems in a medical clinic or similar healthcare setting.
Proven experience in system implementation configuration and support.
Education
Bachelors degree in information technology Computer Science or a related field OR Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Hospital IT or equally complex systems
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in HL7 and IT security best practices is preferred.
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing high-quality support.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure) and supporting software applications.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Experience with issue-tracking software.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Availability to work on-call or during off-hours as needed to support hospital IT operations.
