Job Summary
Job Title: Site Manager
- Place of work: Health Unit Building 4822 AFRC Main Campus Edwards CA.
Timings:
- Works the AFRC 9/80 standard schedule; the Edwards campus must operate with a minimum of one LMP present during opening (07:00 07:30 AM) and closing (4:00 4:30 PM; 3:00 3:30 PM on working Fridays).
Start Date
- July / August 2026.
Role Summary
- Provides overall technical and administrative management for all staff under the contract; responsible for ensuring accomplishment of all contract requirements.
- Serves as the primary point of regular communication with the CO/COR including notification of any issue affecting contract operation.
- Resolves daily-activity conflicts and plans future operations.
- Coordinates with the COR on: fitness center facility supplies/equipment; medical supply ordering; medical waste management; corrective action plans for audits/reviews; the monthly OHM3 metrics meeting agenda; Quest invoice review; and Health Unit CLIA/CLR.
- Any change or delegation of SM responsibilities requires advance written notice to the CO and COR.
Mandatory Requirements
- Must be a licensed medical professional - either an MD/DO or a Registered Nurse (RN).
- If serving as an RN: must hold California RN License AHA BLS AHA ACLS CAOHC and NIOSH Spirometry Course completion.
