We are seeking Education & Tutoring Experts to support an AI training project. Youll use your teaching and tutoring expertise to participate in realistic educational conversations and help improve AI systems. No prior AI experience is required.

• Participate in one-on-one tutoring and educational conversations.
• Explain concepts and answer questions clearly.
• Adapt teaching methods to different learners and skill levels.
• Demonstrate active listening questioning and student engagement.
• Provide constructive academic feedback and guidance.
• Simulate realistic teaching and tutoring scenarios.

• Experience as a Teacher Tutor Educator Academic Coach or Mentor.
• Experience with one-on-one teaching or tutoring.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Patient supportive and learner-focused approach.
• Comfortable working remotely and participating in paired sessions.
