Job Summary
Under close supervision coordinate department educational program(s) by scheduling events assembling enrollment and education information and following compliance guidelines.
Independently execute institutional or program activities (e.g. educational events training learner recruitment interviews orientation schedules and graduation).
Maintain proficiency in accreditation board and institutional requirements. Coordinate and monitor activities related to these requirements to ensure full compliance.
Support the designated institutional official Program Director Department Chair and other leaders on issues related to the requirements from accreditation agencies national boards and affiliates.
Serve as primary liaison with faculty administration other departments affiliated institutions and national organizations.
Develop and maintain database(s) to track schedule and record activities related to the institution program(s) and learners.
Provide information support and problem solving on a wide range of issues for leaders faculty staff and learners.
Coordinate recruitment of preceptors instructors and speakers.
Create brochures flyers handbooks and other educational materials.
Coordinate assessment and evaluation activities.
May monitor program budgets and lead or oversee the work of support staff.
Knowledge of technical business consultation project management and cultural awareness.
Customer focus building trust communication critical thinking and influencing skills.
Appropriate experience may be substituted for education on an equivalent basis.
Minimum Required Education: Bachelors degree
Minimum Required Experience: 3 years

Work requires occasionally lifting moderate weight materials standing or walking continuously.
Occasional exposure to dust noise temperature changes or contact with water or other liquids. Work is performed in an environmentally controlled environment.
Ability to detect and translate speech or other communication . May occasionally require the ability to distinguish colors and perceive relative distances between objects.
