Education Assessment Analyst

**This position is contingent upon award of contract/contract requirements.**

ALEX Alternative Experts is seeking an Education Assessment Analyst to support the evaluation assessment and continuous improvement of education and training programs within a federal environment. This role provides analytical expertise in outcomes-based education program evaluation and data-driven decision-making to support senior leadership. The position requires experience analyzing education effectiveness developing recommendations and delivering high-quality reports and briefings that inform strategic program direction.

• Conduct assessments of education and training programs using data-driven methodologies and outcomes-based evaluation frameworks
• Collect analyze and interpret quantitative and qualitative data to evaluate program effectiveness
• Develop and present reports briefings and recommendations to senior military and civilian leadership
• Design and implement surveys and assessment tools to gather performance and program data
• Analyze trends and identify gaps to recommend improvements to education programs and processes
• Support development of strategies to enhance program outcomes performance and effectiveness
• Facilitate and participate in working groups meetings and stakeholder engagements
• Ensure accuracy consistency and quality of analytical products and documentation
• Support development of staffing packages and decision-support materials
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple organizations to support assessment and evaluation efforts
• Apply strong communication organizational and analytical skills in a structured environment

Required Experience:

Candidates must demonstrate success in four (4) or more of the following areas:

• Experience working with joint combined or large organizational staffs and understanding their functions and processes
• Experience collecting analyzing and presenting data in written and oral formats
• Experience supporting education or training programs (e.g. student faculty or institutional roles)
• Knowledge and application of outcomes-based education principles and methodologies
• Experience developing and delivering briefings to senior-level audiences
• Experience designing surveys collecting data conducting analysis and generating reports and recommendations
• Experience supporting decision-making processes through analytical products
• Experience in human capital analysis professional development or organizational effectiveness
• Strong leadership communication and organizational skills

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience supporting federal or DoD education and training programs
• Familiarity with structured assessment and accreditation processes
• Experience supporting senior leadership with strategic recommendations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to work independently while supporting collaborative team efforts

Education and Certifications:

• Doctorate degree from an accredited institution (preferred);
• OR Masters degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
