The team oversees business planning ISu0026Ts partnership strategy across Apple and the technology that supports the organizations day-to-day operations. This team also leads ISu0026Ts enterprise generative AI strategy and manages compliance across systems. Through its communications and employee programs it champions the growth inclusion and development of everyone in ISu0026T and drives the standard for ISu0026T brand and product communications across Apple. n

ISu0026T Communications team establishes a cohesive voice for ISu0026T writing and editing a wide variety of content across digital channels from instructional to informational while setting standards and guidelines for a communications portfolio that gives people the information they need at the moment they need it with deep empathy for the information overload experienced by many in the looking for a senior editor and program manager to act as the ISu0026T Communications editorial lead. This role makes the enterprise technology experience as uncomplicated as possibleinspiring users to explore tools that help them work and developers to build the seemingly impossible with ISu0026Ts platforms. nIn this role youll manage editorial workflows for all product and operations communications and partner with subject matter experts to drive effective engaging messaging gives people the right level of detail right when they need it. n

Establish and evolve the voice and tone of ISu0026Ts product and operational communications ensuring alignment with the Apple brand while communicating complex technical the end-to-end communications intake and editorial process for messages reaching internal audiences of 1000 - 100000 the editorial strategy for ISu0026Ts monthly Apple-wide newsletter collaborating with contributors and ensuring timely accurate and impactful messaging that educates Apple on ISu0026Ts and monitor success metrics to evaluate the performance and effectiveness of communications across all ISu0026T and manage instructor-led business writing workshops to improve writing skills across the organization and promote consistent standards.n

Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations or related communications field.n7 years of experience in professional writing editing or communications in a technology focused ability to craft clear concise and user-focused writing across formats such as email newsletters web copy and managing internal communication strategies and programs in a large complex ability to simplify technology topics for non-technical audiences.n

Experience with enterprise-scale communications tools and to coach others on writing best practices and Apples voice and thinker who can connect communications to broader organizational organized proactive and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced collaboration skills especially when working with cross-functional teams such as engineering product management HR and executive leadership.
