The Application Development Senior Advisor is a full stack engineer who designs develops andintegratessolutions to solve business and technicalrequirementsacrossEDIapplications. Candidate must be passionate about technology writing code and solving problems; able to work both independently and in close partnership with cross functional teams and management; a motivated team member who enjoys learning and sharing knowledge.

Future Responsibilities
. Design develop and maintain high quality software
. Write clean secure efficient and modular code
. Simplify and improve existing application code ensuring high unit test coverage
. Identify potential problems and resolve application bottlenecks
. Collaborate with Product Owners Quality Engineers Scrum Masters and Software Engineers on your team as well as external teams to deliver value to our customers
. Maintain knowledge of current and emerging technologies industry trends and standards
. Provide mentoring to junior engineers
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
. 7 years of software development experience with a successful track record of production ready solutions
. Deep understanding of all things database schema design optimization scalability etc.
. Experience with database technologies such as MySQL Teradata MongoDB
. Experience with continuous integration and source code control such as GitLab GitHub TFS.
. Proficient in EDI applications: Edifecs v9.1 BizTalk 2016 SSIS and their components
. Working knowledge of X12N transactions HL7 messages and FHIR
. WCF Web Services Java C# .NET framework SQL/SSIS development related to EDI
. API Apps API Management Portal
. Visual Studio Team Foundation Server (VSTFS)
. MS SQL Servers
. System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) SCOM
Desired Skills:
. Experience working with AWS services such as Lambda S3 DynamoDB
. Experience with Scrum/SAFe Agile Framework
. Experience with Jenkins
. Bachelors degree in computer science/software engineering or equivalent work experience
. 7 years of software development experience with a successful track record of production ready solutions
. Deep understanding of all things database schema design optimization scalability etc.
. Experience with database technologies such as MySQL Teradata MongoDB

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set level experience relevant training and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit based performance CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $79600.00 $156700.00.
