EDI Analyst

Job Summary
- Design develop and maintain EDI maps for standard transactions (eg.etc) with trading partners.
- Develop and maintain map documentation data dictionaries and mapping specifications.
- Ensure compliance with ANSI X12 EDIFACT and other EDI standards across all transaction types.
- Serve as primary technical point of contact for trading partners customers and vendors on EDI onboarding and operations.
- Proactively monitor EDI transaction queues acknowledgment statuses and data flows
- Identify investigate and resolve EDI failures and data validation errors.
- Escalate complex technical issues to vendors support or senior architects as needed and follow through to resolution.
Qualifications :
- 35 years of hands-on experience in EDI analysis development and support.
- Proficiency with one of major EDI platform (eg. Opentext GXS IBM Sterling) is needed. Experience in OpenText - Inovis is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of EDI standards: ANSI X12 (mandatory) EDIFACT (preferred).
- Familiarity with ERP systems (eg. Oracle NetSuite or similar) and business processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex data and integration issues in a production environment .
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and business audiences.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field; equivalent work experience considered.
Pay Range: $110000 - $120000 and may include a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
