The eCommerce Product Manager will play a key role in driving Kimberly-Clark Professionals strategic business plan and must-win focus on eCommerce growth. The primary objective for this role will be to accelerate online growth for pure play traditional distributors and marketplaces by developing the eCommerce strategy tools capabilities and solutions. This role is responsible for developing Kimberly Clark Professionals strategic business plan including online assortment merchandising pricing and search. To achieve your objectives you must utilize strategic thinking to identify growth opportunities influence internal and external stakeholders and solve highly complex business challenges.
The role is new to Kimberly-Clark so you will need to effectively work with the existing sales and category teams to complement our traditional sales process as our business mix shifts. You will also need to work with the extended eCommerce team to develop and drive new approaches and best practices to improve online performance.
About You

Job responsibilities include:
- Define and own the eCommerce five-year vision that anticipates evolving B2B customer needs and industry trends competitive SWOT customer experience and capability investments to drive scalable customer-centric eCommerce growth.
- Lead and develop the eCommerce Annual (1-year) and Strategic (3-year) Business Plans aligned to category and commercial goals for US and Canada.
- Provide people leadership for eCommerce Gig program to provide career development opportunities and deliver short-term growth objectives.
- Evaluate and recommend marketplace expansions to drive online market share gains.
- Own the eCommerce assortment strategy by defining category and SKU-level principles to balance customer demand profitability and operational constraints.
- Manage the efforts to ensure KCP products are highly ranked within search results on Top Tier distributor websites from an SSO perspective (Site Search Optimization).
- Mentor and build capabilities of sales finance RGM marketing category management teams and help them adapt their processes and long-term priorities to meet the needs of eCommerce initiatives.
- Lead product launch gate processes for eCommerce in conjunction with product teams.
- Develop and evolve eCommerce playbook to include 1. Readiness criteria to help segment distributors 2. Identify and quantify best practices 3. Detailed playbook to optimize the digital shelf
- Partner with RGM Consumer and Category teams to develop and commercialize Price Pack Architecture for eCommerce assortment
- Effectively communicates eCommerce specific plans solutions and programs to customers and Kimberly-Clark Professional senior leadership team.
- Analyze current business trends and turn insights into actional outcomes.
To succeed in this role you will need the following qualifications:
- Bachelors degree with 7 years of experience in eCommerce merchandising or sales.
- Proven track record and experience in eCommerce and omnichannel business is critical for this deep understanding of eCommerce trends best practices and tools.
- Demonstrated leadership skills exhibiting a high degree of drive and energy and the ability to consistently produce results.
- Innovative and creative thinker and problem solver who can manage the details without losing sight of the goal.
- Well organized disciplined planner and implementer.
- Strategic thinker with strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Must be completely PC proficient able to develop his/her own oral and visual presentations spreadsheets and general correspondence. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams to drive execution against project goals and deliverables.
- A track record of handling multiple tasks and projects at a time prioritizing workload effectively and thriving in a dynamic and complex environment.
- History of working with sales marketing teams and large customers to drive growth initiatives.

Salary Range:USDAt Kimberly-Clark pay is just one aspect of our total rewards package which also includes a variety of benefits and opportunities to achieve thrive and grow. Along with base pay this position offers eligibility for a target bonus and a comprehensive benefits suite including our 401(k) and Profit Sharing plan. The anticipated base pay range for this role is provided above for a fully qualified hire. Actual pay will depend on several factors such as location role skills performance and experience.
