As we evolve toward a true e-commerce and product-led growth model we are focused on building a scalable self-service customer experience that drives acquisition conversion and long-term customer We Are Looking ForThe E-Commerce & Digital Growth Manager is responsible for driving scalable self-service revenue growth by optimizing the full digital funnelfrom acquisition through renewal. This role focuses on increasing conversion improving customer lifetime value and reducing reliance on manual sales and account management support. You will partner cross-functionally with Marketing Product and Account Management to build a high-performing B2C-style growth You Will Work OnDrive Scalable Customer Acquisition & ConversionPartner with Marketing to convert traffic into paying customersOptimize landing pages offers pricing and signup flowsImprove conversion from visitor to active customerOwn the Digital Revenue FunnelManage the full customer journey: acquisition signup activation renewalIdentify drop-offs and implement improvements to increase funnel efficiencyIncrease speed to purchase and activationExpand Revenue Through Lifecycle OptimizationBuild and scale automated customer journeys (email SMS voice)Improve renewal rates through optimized timing messaging and user experienceReduce churn by removing friction at key points in the customer lifecycleIncrease customer lifetime value (LTV)Optimize eCommerce ExperienceImprove usability of pricing pages checkout flow and customer portalPartner with Product to reduce friction for SMB and non-technical usersEnsure mobile-friendly intuitive experiencesLeverage Data to Drive GrowthTrack and report on funnel performance (conversion rates CAC LTV drop-off points)Build dashboards and translate insights into actionable improvementsContinuously test and iterate to improve performanceCollaborate Cross-FunctionallyPartner with Marketing Product and Account Management to align growth prioritiesUse customer data and insights to inform roadmap and campaign decisionsWhat You Will BringRequired37 years of experience in e-commerce SaaS growth or digital funnel optimizationProven track record improving conversion rates and online customer journeysStrong analytical data-driven decision-making skillsExperience working cross-functionally with Marketing and Product teamsPreferredExperience in SMB SaaS or subscription-based productsLifecycle marketing experience (email SMS automation)Familiarity with subscription billing or checkout systemsExperience with Salesforce or similar platformsUnderstanding of compliance considerations in customer communicationsWhat Success Looks LikeCustomer acquisition (new subscriptions)Conversion rates across the funnel (visit signup purchase)Customer acquisition cost (CAC)Customer lifetime value (LTV)Renewal rate and self-service revenue percentageSalary Range: $100000 $118000 annually commensurate with experience and qualifications
