Travel Echocardiographer (Days)

Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Echocardiographer for a 13-week travel assignment in St Johnsbury VT.

Contract Details
  • Monday - Friday four 8 - hour day shifts per week.
  • Start Date: 9/14/2026
  • Contract: 13 Weeks
  • Location: St Johnsbury VT
  • Hourly Pay: $ 30.00
  • Non-taxed Stipend: $ 1246.00
  • Weekly Total Pay: $ 2146.50
  • EMR Used: Meditech

** Travelers will start on Wednesdays

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-quality transthoracic echocardiograms limited studies contrast studies and bubble studies according to departmental protocols and professional standards.
  • Produce accurate cardiac measurements and diagnostic-quality images for interpretation by cardiologists while ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the examination process.
  • Utilize clinical judgment to evaluate patient history optimize imaging recognize significant abnormalities and communicate urgent findings when appropriate.
  • Collaborate with physicians nurses and other healthcare professionals to support efficient patient care across inpatient outpatient emergency and surgical settings.

Compensation:

  • Weekly Pay (hourly) Non-taxed Stipend (if eligible)

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:
  • Minimum one year of echocardiography experience required. 3 years of experience preferred
  • Travel experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy physiology pathology Doppler principles and echocardiographic imaging techniques.
  • Must have Graduate of an accredited Cardiac Sonography Echocardiography or Diagnostic Medical Sonography program.
  • Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) through ARDMS or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) through CCI required.
  • Must have and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification during employment
  • Effective team skills including interaction support and respect are required.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Willingness to participate in continuing education and training programs
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills professionalism and reliability
  • Ability to learn and apply basic computer skills including locating and opening documents completing forms opening and sending e-mail messages.
