Eastside Lodge Night Auditor

• Review all guaranteed arrivals and verify that all credit cards are valid by processing authorizations for reservations that are not already checked in.
• Explain and provide promotional items hotel information and property amenities to guests during check-in.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries concerns and complaints offering alternative solutions whenever possible.
• Assist in other areas of hotel operations as needed.
• Document guest accidents and incidents by completing the appropriate accident report forms.
• Complete and maintain the maintenance log whenever a guest complaint or maintenance issue is reported.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all front desk and lobby areas.
• Greet all guests in a friendly welcoming and professional manner.
• Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
• Handle cash credit card and debit card transactions in accordance with hotel policies.
• Ensure guest information and reservation details are entered accurately into the property management system.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Previous hospitality experience preferred.
• Customer service experience required.
• Experience handling cash credit card transactions and basic mathematical calculations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings weekends and holidays.
