East Bay & San Francisco Flex Supervisor

Flex Security Supervisor $32hr to $35hr

Essential Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and leadership to security officers at assigned client locations.
• Serve as a liaison between site management clients and security personnel.
• Conduct site inspections audits and post checks to ensure compliance with company and client expectations.
• Respond to incidents emergencies and client concerns in a professional manner.
• Assist with officer training coaching and performance management.
• Complete reports schedules and other administrative tasks accurately and on time.
• Support staffing needs by covering open posts and assisting at multiple locations as needed.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid California Drivers License with a clean driving record.
• Ability to travel throughout the Bay Area including assignments between Fremont and San Francisco.
• Previous supervisory experience in security law enforcement military or a related field preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities.
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications email and report writing.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including days evenings overnight shifts weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous GSOC (Global Security Operations Center) experience.
• Experience with incident management systems access control systems and security technology platforms.
• Experience managing multiple sites or mobile security operations.

• Must be able to stand walk and patrol for extended periods.
• Must be able to respond quickly to emergencies.
• Must be capable of driving between multiple client locations as business needs require.

Work Location: Various client sites throughout the San Francisco Bay Area including Fremont San Francisco and surrounding locations.

Schedule: Flexible. Must be available to work various shifts weekends holidays and provide coverage as operational needs require.
