Location: The Learning Experience Bushwick Brooklyn NY
Pay: $23$25 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time MondayFriday
Start Date: Hiring by end of May
- Lead daily classroom instruction for an early preschool / Preppers classroom
- Implement engaging learning activities aligned with developmentally appropriate practices
- Support childrens language development social interaction and classroom participation
- Create a structured and nurturing classroom environment that promotes independence
- Guide assistant teachers and maintain consistent classroom routines
- Communicate regularly with families regarding classroom experiences and developmental progress
- Maintain compliance with New York State and NYC childcare licensing requirements
- Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or higher required
- Prior preschool or early childhood classroom leadership experience preferred
- Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practice and classroom management
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Must meet New York State and NYC childcare licensing requirements
