Pay: $17-$19 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time Monday-Friday (8:00 AM-5:00 PM)
- Create a safe nurturing and engaging classroom environment
- Implement age-appropriate activities that support cognitive physical and social-emotional development
- Support language development early communication skills and positive peer interactions
- Guide daily routines including meals diapering transitions and rest periods
- Build trusting relationships with children and families
- Maintain a clean organized and developmentally appropriate classroom
- Observe and document childrens developmental progress
- Partner with fellow teachers to ensure a consistent and positive classroom experience
- Follow all Maryland childcare licensing and health and safety requirements
- Must be Infant/Toddler and Preschool Qualified according to Maryland licensing requirements
- Prior experience working with infants toddlers or young children preferred
- CDA or Early Childhood Education coursework preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for early childhood education and child development
- Must meet all Maryland licensing and background check requirements
