Location: The Learning Experience River Vale NJ
Pay: $18 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time MondayFriday
- Support daily classroom routines and learning experiences for young children
- Implement developmentally appropriate activities that encourage exploration and discovery
- Foster language development social-emotional growth and early problem-solving skills
- Create a safe nurturing and engaging classroom environment
- Guide children through daily transitions meals learning centers and group activities
- Build strong relationships with families through regular communication and classroom updates
- Collaborate with teaching team members and center leadership
- Follow all New Jersey childcare licensing requirements and center policies
- High school diploma required
- Prior childcare experience preferred
- Experience working with toddlers or preschool-aged children a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable patient and nurturing approach to working with children
- Must meet New Jersey childcare licensing requirements
- Competitive hourly pay of $18 per hour
