Pay: $20$22 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time MondayFriday
- Create a safe nurturing and engaging classroom environment for young learners
- Implement developmentally appropriate learning experiences using The Learning Experiences L.E.A.P. Curriculum
- Support childrens social-emotional language cognitive and physical development
- Foster independence problem-solving skills and positive peer interactions
- Build strong relationships with children families and fellow educators
- Maintain classroom organization documentation and compliance with Massachusetts EEC regulations
- Collaborate with center leadership and teaching teams to ensure program excellence
- Communicate regularly with families regarding classroom activities and developmental progress
- Massachusetts EEC Teacher Certification required
- Minimum 6 months of classroom experience required (1 year preferred)
- Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred
- Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practice (DAP)
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- Must meet Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements
