Pay: $16$18 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time MondayFriday (Late MorningClosing Shift)
- Support children through engaging classroom activities learning centers and daily routines
- Foster language development early literacy problem-solving and social-emotional growth
- Guide children through afternoon instruction outdoor play meals transitions and end-of-day activities
- Maintain a safe clean and organized classroom environment
- Build meaningful relationships with children and their families
- Work collaboratively with fellow teachers to provide a consistent high-quality educational experience
- Ensure compliance with all Michigan childcare licensing and health and safety requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous childcare or early childhood education experience preferred
- Passion for helping young children learn and grow
- Strong communication teamwork and organizational skills
- Dependable positive and nurturing approach
- Must meet Michigan childcare licensing requirements
