Location: The Learning Experience Franklin MA
Pay: $20 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time MondayFriday
- Support daily classroom routines and educational activities
- Implement developmentally appropriate learning experiences that encourage exploration and discovery
- Foster childrens social-emotional language cognitive and physical development
- Create a safe organized and engaging classroom environment
- Guide children through learning centers group activities and daily transitions
- Build strong relationships with families through ongoing communication
- Collaborate with teaching team members and center leadership
- Maintain compliance with Massachusetts EEC regulations and center policies
- Massachusetts Preschool Teacher Certification required
- Previous childcare or preschool classroom experience preferred
- Strong understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practice
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- Must meet Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements
