Location: The Learning Experience Ashburn VA
Pay:$20 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time MondayFriday
- Support daily classroom routines and age-appropriate learning experiences
- Implement developmentally appropriate activities that encourage exploration creativity and discovery
- Foster language development social-emotional growth and early cognitive skills
- Create a safe organized and engaging classroom environment
- Guide children through transitions group activities learning centers and daily routines
- Build strong relationships with families through regular communication and classroom updates
- Collaborate with teaching team members and center leadership
- Follow Virginia licensing and safety requirements
- Prior childcare experience required
- CDA preferred but not required
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Reliable nurturing and team-oriented approach
- Passion for helping young children learn and grow
- Must meet Virginia childcare licensing requirements
