Location: The Learning Experience - Andover
Pay: Competitive hourly pay based on experience and qualifications
Schedule: MondayFriday
- Create a positive and nurturing classroom environment
- Support daily routines and age-appropriate learning activities
- Encourage social emotional language and cognitive development
- Maintain classroom organization and safety standards
- Guide children through transitions group activities and classroom expectations
- Build strong relationships with families and teaching team members
- Support classroom engagement through play-based learning experiences
- Follow all state licensing and health and safety requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Prior childcare or preschool experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable patient and professional approach to working with children
- Must meet state childcare licensing requirements
