Copeland is seeking talented engineering graduates interested in launching their careers through a variety of full-time engineering opportunities across our organization.

What Youll Do
Support engineering projects from concept through implementation
Analyze technical data and develop solutions to engineering challenges
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing quality supply chain and product management
Participate in product design testing validation and continuous improvement initiatives
Contribute to new product development and manufacturing optimization efforts
Present recommendations and project results to engineering leaders and stakeholders
What You Bring

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree in:
Mechanical Engineering
Manufacturing Engineering
Industrial Engineering
Electrical Engineering
Mechanical Engineering Technology
Aerospace Engineering
Systems Engineering
Electromechanical Engineering
Or a related engineering discipline
Graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027
Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred Qualifications
Internship co-op research project or leadership experience
Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills
Experience with CAD testing manufacturing data analysis project management or continuous improvement tools
