Job Summary
Were looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily fulfillment and warehouse operations. This role is responsible for overseeing receiving order fulfillment shipping returns carrier coordination team performance and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day warehouse and fulfillment operations.
- Supervise coach and develop warehouse staff.
- Manage shipping receiving inventory flow and returns.
- Coordinate with carriers and logistics providers to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries.
- Monitor KPIs productivity quality and operational performance.
- Maintain a safe organized and efficient warehouse environment.
- Implement process improvements and ensure SOP compliance.
- Prepare daily and weekly operational reports.
Requirements
- 3 years of warehouse fulfillment or logistics experience.
- At least 1 year of supervisory or team lead experience.
- Experience managing shipping receiving and carrier relationships.
- Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with WMS Excel or similar systems.
- Experience with 5S Lean or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
