Stoneridge Software is looking for a SeniorConsultant to lead implementation efforts forSupply Chain Managementin Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations(F&O). As part of a cross-functional team you willbe responsible forbusiness process and application designmapping toclient business requirements ensuring solutions align with business goals within supply chain core part of our teams mission is to help our clients win. This role will require in-depth D365 SCM and implementation experience as well as someone who is passionate about continuing to learn and grow while helping others be successful. From gathering requirements through guiding our clients through best practices you will play a key partofour mission to ensure our clients success.

A Day in the Life

Designthe supply chain solution and perform setup for the clients including business processes system configuration customization and integration with third party applications

Facilitate discussions with business and technical stakeholders to extract critical business requirements and present a technical vision and solutions in the form of process design software products customizations and integrations to meet those needs

Serveas a contributor within our implementation delivery team to develop a solution proposal and execution plan that includes scope assumptions implementation plan and technology solution options to meet project goals as well as longer term needs

Provideleadership and technical guidance in supply chain management and proactivelyidentifiesrisks and mitigation plans within respective functionalarea

Maintainknowledge of third-party software vendors to leverage complementary offerings and effectively compare solutions.

Communicate complex topicsregardingsolutions and related projects to audiences both with and without deep technical skills

Perform demonstrations of D365 SCM to clients as part of project execution as part of our proof of concept Joint Process Designmethodology

Leverage knowledge and experience to find and encourage win-win solutions with team members and clients

Organize tasks and projects efficiently and set clear goals to ensuretimelycompletion

Make effective decisions and recommendations for Stoneridge Software and our clients best interests

Deliver high-quality workwithin established deadlines ensuring accuracy and attention to detail

Prioritize self-development by attending training or self-learning to enhance skills andexpertise

Instill trust through honesty integrity and respect modeling the organizations values and vision

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Accounting Business Information Technologyor related field or equivalent work experience

5-8 years of consultingexperience

3 Years leadingD365F&O implementations

At least 2 full life cycle D365 F&Oimplementations with Supply Chain Management

Experience working within the following D365 F&Omodules: Advanced Warehouse / Warehouse Management Inventory Management Inventory Valuation and Closing Logistics Product Information Management ProductReturnsand/or Supply Chain

Proven ability to create innovative solutions to solve complex business requirements and streamline/automate business processes

Ability to communicate effectively in both spoken and written English

Work Location: This position is available remotely in the United States.

Travel Required: Incumbent is expected to travel across the United States and Canada for industry events and as needed for onsite client project delivery or inperson collaboration at company office locations in Fargo ND and Minneapolis MN. Travel is expected to be up to 25% of the role.

Compensation

Our philosophy is to provide compensation that isCompetitiveEquitable andDriven by Performance. Various factors impact our pay ranges including market conditions and national salary data. To determine competitive salaries within this range we consider candidates skills qualifications and experience. These are national ranges inclusive of bonus opportunities and could represent multiple role levels.

US (USD): $130500-$164500
