Dynamics 365 CRM Tester

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented D365 CE/FO Tester to lead and execute testing efforts across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (CE) and Finance (FO) platforms. This role requires hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing and a strong understanding of business processes and system integrations. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a SAFe Agile environment and have a passion for quality assurance continuous improvement and emerging technologies such as AI-driven testing.

Essential Functions:

• Design and execute comprehensive test plans including functional regression integration performance and UAT testing.
• Manage and execute manual and automated test cases using tools like Azure DevOps AccelQ Selenium and other
• frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure quality delivery.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and align testing efforts with SAFe principles.
• Document defects test results and maintain detailed logs.
• Support end-user testing and provide walkthroughs of features.
• Leverage AI-based testing tools to enhance coverage and efficiency.
• Continuously improve test automation processes and coverage.

Required Experience

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or related field.
• 4 years of software testing experience including manual and automated testing.
• 3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or Finance.
• Familiarity with AI-driven testing tools and methodologies.
• Experience with test management tools (Azure DevOps Jira ALM Octane).
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Sales (CE)
• Excellent communication analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Experience working within the SAFe framework

Preferred Experience

• SAFe certification (e.g. SAFe Tester)
• Experience in integrated environments involving CE and F&O data exchange.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 modules and Finance processes.
• Background in project management change management or business analytics.
• Candidates located in the Washington DC metro area or Chicago are preferred.
