DUS Multifamily CRE Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Our client is seeking a DUS Multifamily CRE Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support a major loan portfolio acquisition and migration initiative involving the onboarding of multifamily commercial real estate loans into internal banking systems.
Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Support migration and onboarding of multifamily CRE loan portfolios into internal systems
• Provide SME guidance on Fannie Mae DUS servicing reporting and compliance requirements
• Validate loan data servicing records and portfolio mapping activities
• Partner with business operations servicing and technology teams throughout migration efforts
• Assist with issue resolution process validation and operational readiness activities
• Support portfolio conversion and servicing workflow initiatives

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Fannie Mae DUS Multifamily / CRE loans
• Deep understanding of DUS servicing workflows and reporting requirements
• Experience supporting loan portfolio acquisitions conversions or migration initiatives
• Strong knowledge of multifamily and commercial real estate lending operations
• Strong communication coordination and stakeholder management skills
