Dual Hotel Maintenance Engineer

This role will maintain two hotel properties ensuring excellent physical condition. responsibilities include carpentry plumbing minor electrical/mechanical repairs and pool/spa maintenance all while adhering to safety protocols. Key responsibilities:

• Perform general repairs (plumbing electrical mechanical carpentry HVAC).

• Conduct routine pool/spa maintenance and assist with preventive maintenance.

• Utilize quore software for logging repairs and communication.

• Adhere to all safety and compliance standards (lock out/tag out pci fire osha).

• Maintain grounds and assist with seasonal tasks.

• Provide excellent guest service and contribute to a positive team environment.

Qualifications:

• 2 years in maintenance (hospitality experience preferred).

• Proficiency in basic repairs; familiarity with maintenance software.

• Ability to lift 75 lbs stand/walk entire shift and perform strenuous tasks.

• Flexibility in scheduling (24/7 operation).
