Job Summary
Part-Time Direct Support Professional (DSP)
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support a 43-year-old woman in maintaining her independence and continuing her personal growth. This individual is highly self-aware a strong self-advocate and will communicate when support is needed.
She worked previously as an recent years she has remained dedicated to her physical and emotional well-being and continues to focus on growth balance and meaningful engagement in her daily life. She has a great sense of humor an infectious laugh and a deep sense of care for others.
PAY:$18/hr.
- Part-time: 3 days per week
- Approximately 15 hours total per week
Qualifications:
Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Maintain drivers license and vehicle insurance
Skills and Abilities
Demonstrate a commitment to the Moore Centers values
Comply with all state agency and department policies and procedures
Work independently and as part of a team
Maintain professional demeanor in emotionally charged situations
Demonstrate flexibility with changes in job schedule and duties
