Integrity First Caregivers (IFC) Full-Time Part-Time PRN

Integrity First Caregivers is looking for reliable compassionate and motivated Direct Support Professionals who are passionate about helping people live independently and reach their goals.

• Minimum 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Valid drivers license
• Current automobile insurance
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass required background screenings
• Strong work ethic professionalism and dependability

• Support individuals with disabilities in their homes and communities
• Assist with daily living skills and community participation
• Promote independence choice and person-centered outcomes
• Complete required documentation and service notes

IFCs mission is for all Direct Support Professionals to achieve DSP-I DSP-II and DSP-III certification through theNational Alliance of DSP(NADSP)Academy. Employees are expected to begin the certification pathway and become certified as a Highly Trained DSP within their first 6 months to 1 year of employment.
