Drywall Project Manager

• Manage commercial drywall projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Develop and maintain project schedules budgets and timelines
• Coordinate with owners general contractors field teams vendors and subcontractors
• Review project plans RFIs submittals change orders and other project documentation
• Monitor job costs and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
• Maintain strong communication with customers while providing exceptional service
• Support field operations to ensure quality workmanship and safe project execution

• 3 years of commercial drywall project management experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
• Experience with scheduling budgeting change orders and project documentation
• Experience with On-Screen Takeoff (OST) or similar construction software
