What Youll Be Doing
- Manage commercial drywall projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Develop and maintain project schedules budgets and timelines
- Coordinate with owners general contractors field teams vendors and subcontractors
- Review project plans RFIs submittals change orders and other project documentation
- Monitor job costs and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
- Maintain strong communication with customers while providing exceptional service
- Support field operations to ensure quality workmanship and safe project execution
What Were Looking For
- 3 years of commercial drywall project management experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
- Experience with scheduling budgeting change orders and project documentation
- Experience with On-Screen Takeoff (OST) or similar construction software
