• Pay: $18.50 per hour
• Full-Time Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (with some overtime if required)

Our ideal Vendor Managed Inventory Coordinator has some experience with logistics/supply chains and is familiar with hydraulic components. The minimum qualifications are...

• 21 years old with 2 years of experience driving in all weather conditions
• Ability to drive to customer locations (up to 1.5 hours one-way)
• Valid drivers license (Class D Non-CDL) a clean driving record and the ability to drive a van/box truck
• Ability to obtain a DOT medical card
• High school diploma or GED
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications the ability to type 25 wpm and ERP experience (preferably Epicor)

Required Skills & Abilities:

• Ability to safely lift 50 lbs. following proper lifting techniques
• Ability to wear required PPE stand/sit for extended periods and work in various environments (office manufacturing retail laboratory etc.)
• Basic math skills and proficiency with tape measures
• Sound judgement objective decision-making skills and an ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to customer satisfaction
• Sharp organizational multi-tasking and time management skills
• Analytical mindset for interpreting data identifying trends and forecasting inventory needs

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

With you as our Vendor Managed Inventory Coordinator customers will receive their orders on time and their on-site inventory will be well-stocked with the products they need for their own operations. Were looking for a flexible meticulous and customer-focused person who can seamlessly jump between driving data analysis sales support and customer service responsibilities. Youll monitor customers stock levels and regularly communicate with contacts/branch managers to generate replenishment orders. Youll also work with our sales and business development teams to identify more opportunities to grow revenue and develop new products.

This position takes you on the road and youll travel to customers locations to make deliveries check inventory levels and provide on-site assistance. To provide the best results possible youll proactively identify potential issues and take steps to avoid the case of supply chain issues discrepancies or other problems youll quickly find the right solutions for getting everything back on track. Youll also help out with receiving pulling stocking and delivering products as well as support general warehouse operations. Tackling additional duties as assigned our Vendor Managed Inventory Coordinator makes a massive difference for our company and our customers!
