Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Driver Recruiter to join our team at Hogan Transportation. As a Driver Recruiter you will play a crucial role in sourcing attracting and hiring qualified drivers to meet our transportation needs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Source potential driver candidates through various channels including job boards social media and networking.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Coordinate with the operations team to schedule driver orientations and onboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in the database.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive recruiting experience.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor practices to enhance recruitment strategies.
Essential Qualifications:
- Prior experience in driver recruiting or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and databases.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in driver recruiting.
- Experience in the transportation industry is a plus.
Salary & Benefits:
The salary for this position ranges from $25 to $35 per hour depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include health insurance retirement plans paid time off and opportunities for career growth within the company.
