As a new Driver at Fellowship Community your days will be filled with exciting opportunities to engage with our residents and provide safe transportation services. Youll navigate around our campus ensuring residents reach their destinations promptly. Building relationships with residents and ensuring their comfort during transit will be key.

Your role will involve maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the vehicle as well as following set routes and schedules diligently. To excel as a Driver at Fellowship Community youll need to be a customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills. Navigational skills and a good sense of direction will be crucial for a seamless driving experience around our campus. Familiarity with GPS systems and route optimization software will also be beneficial. Additionally strong time management skills and the ability to adhere to schedules are essential in this role. As a team player you should be energetic and proactive in ensuring the safety and comfort of our residents during transportation.
