Who You Are:

As aDriveryou will beresponsible for safely operating a transit motor vehicle providing reliable and efficient public transportation.

Driver Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have a valid California Drivers license.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen background check and DOT physical.
• A CDL with passenger Endorsement. Airbrake endorsement a plus. (Paid training and assistance to get CDL and airbrakes permits)
• Possess excellent communication and decision-making skills.
• Must be able to assist passengers including those who use walkers wheelchairs and/or other mobility devices on and off the vehicle.
• Must be able to transport passengers with disabilities including providing door to door service when required.
• Must be able to safely and professionally manage conflict and/or difficult situations involving passengers.
• Must be able to accept and accurately record passenger fares including cash tickets passes and transfers.
• Must maintain a valid driver license and all other required credentials certifications and qualifications.
