ResponsibilitiesSafely operate company delivery vehicles including trucks vans and trailers as pumps motors parts tools and equipment to customers and job sites in a timely secure transport and unload equipment and materials delivery quantities and items against packing lists work orders invoices or delivery customer signatures and properly document deliveries and up equipment pumps parts and materials from customers vendors and job warehouse and shop personnel with loading and unloading as appropriate lifting equipment and material-handling vehicles before and after trips and report maintenance or safety a clean and organized company all company safety policies DOT requirements applicable to the vehicle being operated and traffic professionally with customers and company personnel regarding deliveries delays or special with general warehouse/shop duties when not making accurate delivery records and company property and customer equipment while in other duties as drivers license with a clean or acceptable driving is not required but a CDL Class A or B is a delivery warehouse construction industrial or mechanical experience to safely lift and move heavy materials and to operate a forklift pallet jack or other material-handling equipment is communication and customer-service punctual and able to work attention to to follow written and verbal knowledge of vehicle and equipment to work occasional overtime or extended hours when business needs require.
