As a Drive Up & Go Manager youll guide our instore online grocery operations and help create a seamless accurate and customerfocused digital shopping experience. This is a fully instore onsite position based inside our retail grocery location.

Main responsibilities:

• Lead and coach 1030 associates.
• Oversee picking packing staging and handoff.
• Ensure food safety and department cleanliness.
• Monitor metrics labor and slot capacity.
• Resolve customer issues and improve processes.
• Partner with store leadership on scheduling and training.

We are looking for candidates who possess the following:

• Leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fastpaced retail setting.
• Customerfirst mindset.
• Basic computer skills; food safety knowledge preferred.
• Ability to lift 2550 lbs; HS diploma/GED.
