Yard Customer Service Representative (Drive-Thru Lumber Yard)
Schedule: Full-Time Some Saturdays Required (7AM-12)
Pay: $17$20 per hour (based on experience)

About the Role
Koopman Lumber is hiring a Yard Customer Service Representative to support our drive-thru lumber yard. This is a hands-on fast-paced role where youll assist customers pull orders and help keep the yard running safely and efficiently.

What Youll Do
Greet customers and assist them with orders in the yard
Pull stage and load materials accurately and safely
Operate forklifts and yard equipment (training provided)
Load customer vehicles and delivery trucks
Receive and put away incoming materials
Process returns and ensure materials are handled correctly
Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment
Provide excellent customer service both in person and over the phone

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a lumber yard warehouse or building materials environment
Forklift experience (or willingness to become certified)

Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old
Valid drivers license required

Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly (heavier with assistance)
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Ability to stand lift bend and stay active throughout the day
