Job Summary

SSD Firmware Experience (Must Have)
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop validate and integrate DRAM drivers for SSD firmware platforms
* Work with DRAM IP PHY IP ECC and controller technologies
* Develop and validate Read/Write Training Gate Training and Write Leveling
* Strong expertise in DDR4 & DDR5 protocols
* Configure and validate DDR4/DDR5 mode registers
* Develop DRAM initialization power states and refresh policies
* Create test procedures and debugging tools for DRAM validation
* Troubleshoot and resolve DRAM-related technical issues
* Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams
* Document technical requirements and support product schedules
