Responsibilities:

• Utilizes sewer camera to discover plumbing and sewer issues in a customers home.
• Diagnoses plumbing and sewer issues and prepares repair estimates.
• Provides supervision of drain technicians
• Creates and implements drain technician training plan to facilitate sewer sales process
• Executes the sewer sales process to deliver repair options directly to the customer.
• Creates job bids in accordance with company profit goals.
• Thoroughly prepares statement of work and supporting documents to hand project off to installation team.
• Communicates with customer through entire project and ensures customer is 100% satisfied at completion of project.
• Participates in training events and shares lessons learned/best practices with sewer sales team.
• Rotates On-Call duty to provide after hours services to customers.
• Assists customers with financing options for project.

What You Will Bring:

• 1- 2 years sales experience required
• 1 years plumbing/drains experience preferred
• Great Customer Service and Communication Skills
• Willingness to Work as Part of a Team.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g. attics crawl spaces basements).
• Prolonged periods of standing kneeling and bending.
• Ability to work at heights (e.g. ladders elevated plat forms).
• Manual dexterity to handle electrical tools and equipment.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions when performing outdoor installations.
