Responsibilities:

• Provides recommendations and solutions for residential drain cleaning drain repair sewer repair and sewer replacement projects.
• Educates homeowners on the condition of their drain and sewer systems including preventative maintenance and long-term repair options.
• Identifies and presents solutions for common drain and sewer issues including backups blockages root intrusion line breaks and deteriorated piping.
• Works closely with drain technicians and sewer crews to develop accurate scopes of work for drain and sewer restoration projects.
• Assists homeowners in understanding available options for drain line repairs sewer line replacements trenchless solutions and excavation projects.
• Evaluates opportunities for additional drain and sewer services that improve system performance reliability and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Must have a proven track record in a one-call call close sales role performing at a high level
• Must demonstrate competence in communicating sewer issues and clearly explain solutions that homeowners can understand.
• Must be proficient with using iphone/ipad
• Must have a clean DMV report and pass pre-employment screenings.
