First year Roto-Rooter drain service technicians can expect top-pay earning $55000 on average. Pay increases quickly with each year of experience earning on average between $60000-$75000 a year.

Roto-Rooter provides an initial 12weeks of paidsewer and drainservicetrainingplus continuing training is available if you want to learn the plumbing trade and pursue a journeyman plumbers license.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect drains and sewer lines to diagnose problems.
• Identify blockages leaks or other problems within the customers drainage system.
• Clear obstructions with your Roto-Rooter drain cleaning machines and tools.
• Educate the customer throughout the process to help them understand what caused their blockage and how to prevent future problems.

Requirements:

• Mechanical aptitude.
• Customer service skills.
• Sence of urgency.
• Communication skills.
• Work well within a team structure.
