Roto-Rooters Hawaii branch located on Kapolei is looking for Experienced Drain Technicians.

First year Roto-Rooter drain service technicians can expect top-pay earning $55000 on average. Pay increases quickly with each year of experience.

The primary role of a Sewer and Drain Technician is to provide quality sewer and drain cleaning to residential commercial and industrial customers. Roto-Rooter provides an initial 12 weeks of paid sewer and drain service training plus continuing training is available if you want to learn the plumbing trade and pursue a journeyman plumbers license.

• Responds to customer service calls by inspecting problem areas and accurately diagnosing
  a problem; provides solution and estimate for service and closes the sale.
• Locates and arrives at job sites in a timely manner; safely drives and operates service
  vehicle between job sites.
• Unclog and clean sewers and drains for the customer using Roto-Rooter equipment and tools.
• Document estimates and invoices both in writing and on a provided smartphone.
• Collect payment and move on to the next service call.

• A valid drivers license
• Effective communication skills.
• Previous drain cleaning experience preferred
• A mechanical aptitude is desirable but prior experience is not necessary.
• As part of employment you will need to purchase a service van prior to completion of your training period.
