Our Core Values RACE

RACE is more than an acronym its how we show up every day for our clients our teammates and our partners:

  • Responsiveness.Drawings sit on the critical path estimating permitting and the field all wait on the set. Revisions come back on the date committed and a date at risk gets flagged the same day.
  • Accountability. What you draw gets built and paid for. You check your own dimensions before the set goes out and when something is wrong you say so and fix it rather than waiting for the field to find it.
  • Collaborative. You work from other peoples design intent so ask the question when a markup is unclear. The cheapest correction is the one made before the drawing is issued.
  • Empathy.Installers inspectors and other trades read your drawings under pressure. Draw for the person on the jobsite not for the person who already knows what you meant.

What Success Looks Like

In the first 90 days a successful CAD Drafter will:

  • Be producing complete standards-compliant drawing sets from designer direction with minimal rework.
  • Have full command of the companys CAD standards title blocks and symbol libraries.
  • Be catching dimensional and coordination errors before drawings are issued.
  • Be trusted to handle revisions and background updates on assigned projects independently.
