Tata Consulting Engineers USA LLC (TCE) is a multi-disciplinary engineering organization offering a full range of integrated engineering design project support procurement and construction management services to the energy and chemicals industries.

Responsible for generating updating and maintaining detailed technical drawings for automated systems electrical distribution and facility instrumentation.

Create and revise comprehensive electrical and instrumentation drawings. This includes generating P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams) wiring diagrams loop sheets panel layouts and electrical one-line schematics.

Walk down systems in the field to verify actual plant conditions against legacy drawings. Update blueprints to accurately reflect as-built configurations following plant modifications.

Maintain rigorous version control and filing systems within the plants technical data management archives.

Work closely with Engineers to correct PIDs.

2-5 years of design or drafting experience in an industrial manufacturing petrochemical or refinery environment.

The ability to seamlessly read interpret and convert rough engineering sketches into actionable highly detailed electrical plans.

Ability to read PIDs.

Understands industry standards.

Clearly convey complex information to engineers operators and other stakeholders.

An Associate degree in Computer-Aided Drafting (CAD) Electrical Technology or a related technical certification is highly preferred.
