A Day in the Life of a Snack Bar Attendant
As a Snack Bar Attendant you are the heart of our guest experience! Youll often be the face of Thunderzone serving up delicious food and drinks with a positive attitude.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Friendly Service: Warmly greeting guests answering menu questions helping them choose items and processing cash/card payments.
- Keep Things Stocked & Fresh: Monitoring and replenishing paper goods beverages and snack displays to keep everything neat and organized.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Properly disposing of trash and keeping your station sparkling clean in accordance with company standards.
- Stock & Storage: Receiving deliveries and organizing food items and supplies in their designated areas.
- Problem Solving: Handling customer feedback or complaints with patience grace and exceptional customer service.
Qualifications & Expectations
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Availability: Must be available to work holidays and weekends (when the real fun happens!).
- Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods of time in a fast-paced environment.
- People Skills: Exceptional communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
- Attitude: A positive can-do attitude great initiative and a team-first mindset.
