Domestic Shipping Specialist

Balanced Body is hiring! We are seeking a high-energy detail-obsessed Domestic Shipping Specialist to join our dedicated Warehouse team. This isnt just about moving boxes; its about being the tactical engine that ensures our world-class equipment reaches customers across the country.

As the critical link between our Sales team and domestic carriers you will manage the complexities of shipments with precision. If you are a process-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced fluid environment this is your opportunity to grow with an industry leader.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience with domestic shipping and specific experience related to freight quotes and shipping documentation. The functions of this position demand consistency strong organizational skills with high attention to detail on shipping paperwork as freight coordination has direct downstream impact on customer delivery and sales fulfillment.

• Fulfillment execution picking packing and staging orders for carrier pickup. Load trucks.
• Shipment Documentation recording shipment info and preparing domestic shipping documents.
• Freight coordination processing freight quotes arranging pickup/loading dates with carriers tracing shipments and resolving carrier delays alongside Shipping Coordinators.
• Sales support partner with Warehouse coordinators as a responsive point of contact for Sales via freight quotes and shipment tracking.
• Communication answering shipment-related questions via phone/email and coordinating with manufacturing supervisors/team members.
• Workplace standards keeping the shipping area safe and organized complying with safety and company policies.

What you bring

• Minimum 5 years in shipping and receiving;
• Domestic freight experience required;
• Previous experience using FedEx UPS and other Shipping tools preferred;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook;
• Knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 and/or Business Central is preferred;
• Knowledge of RF Scanners is preferred;
• Exceptional verbal written and interactive communication skills;
• Must be able to stand for entire shift lift/pull/push up to 50 pounds;
• Strong organizational skills.

Work Schedule:

This is a Monday to Friday position. The expected hours are 7:00AM to 3:30PM. Overtime may be expected
